Introduction

The Guernsey Military Vehicle Group is dedicated to restoring and preserving military vehicles. The majority of our members own World War Two military vehicles, however some of our vehicles date from the post-war period up to the present day.

Throughout the year we put on various military vehicle displays at local events such as the Guernsey Classic Vehicle Club (http://www.networkci.net/gcvc/) Car Show and Guernsey's West Show (http://www.thewestshow.com/). In addition to this every five years we play a major part in organising the Guernsey Liberation Day Cavalcade.

We also hold social events during the year (not necessarily involving the vehicles), and support the service charities on the Island such as The Royal British Legion (http://www.britishlegion.org.uk) and The RAF Association (RAFA) (http://www.rafa.org.uk/).
