Vehicle History
Believed to have been found in France and shipped to the UK. The vehicle was brought to Guernsey in June 2015 and restoration work started in October 2015. Work was completed by January 2016. She is named after the owners late Nan who worked in a battery factory in London during the blitz where she met the owners Pop who was in the Guernsey Militia and the rest is history. The owners Nan`s name was Florence May but was hardly ever called Florence, so in tribute to her the jeep was called ‘Florence May’.
